Aaron Thorpe & Joshua Nicholson came into court & achknowledged 
themselves in debt to our lord the king. Vitz. the sᵈ Arron 
in S100. the said Joshua in S20 of their respective goods & chattels 
to be levied and to onboard the king who his heirs & successors rendered 
Yet upon this condition that if Will a negroman slave 
belonging to the said Arron Thorpe committs to the goal 
of the County for a breach of the Peace shall be of good 
behavior & kep to peace for the pain of twelve calandar months from 
this then this recognizance to be void ____ & Ordered that 
the said slave be released out of custody ---

Ordered yhat the Court br adjourned til the Court in course

An indenture of feoffment between William Bulls and Martha 
Bulls of the one part & Simon Johnson and Giles Johnson of the 
other part together with a memorandum of livery of seisin 
therein endorsed were proved by the oaths of John Gwin one 
of the witnesses thereto and having been before proved by the oaths 
of two other witnesses was ordered to be Recorded

An indenture of feoffment between Thomas Handcock and Lucy 
his wife of the one part & Thomas Carney of the other part was 
acknowledged by the said Thomas Hancock and Lucy his wife 
she being first privately examined as the law directs & ordered to be recorded
------
An indenture of feoffment between Simon Johnson and Elizabeth 
his wife of the one part & John Turner of the other part was 
acknowledged by the said Simon Johnson and Elizabeth his wife 
she being first privately examined as the law directs & ordered to be recorded
------
An indenture of feoffment between Thomas Handcock and Lucy 
his wife of the one part & Simon Johnson of the other part together
